Cradle of the First Breach

Concept art of location known as the Cradle of the First Breach. This site marks the point where the divine war ruptured the land of Solmyrra, tearing open the first scar in the earth. Though ancient and still, the ground here remembers what was unleashed.
The terrain is fractured and raw, but there are no signs of battle—only aftermath. Stained stone ridges curl like dried muscle around a crater filled with motionless, glassy water. Faint glyphs shimmer beneath the surface, barely visible unless seen at dusk. The sky above is unnaturally still. No birds. No wind. Just silence.
Around the basin, long-forgotten prayer stakes rise from the soil at odd angles, some with frayed cloth, some burned to the root. In the distance, a monumental spine of rock juts out of the ground at a slant—too symmetrical to be natural, too large to belong to any creature now living. It is said the gods bled here.
The atmosphere should be reverent, eerie, and deeply mythic. The scene should feel like the world itself is holding its breath. The viewer should not feel fear, but awe.
This is not a place for life—it is a place for memory.
